# 3 Journal Question-Get all of your fitness results in your journal from week 1. Start thinking about what you want your goals to be in your Personal Fitness Program.
# 4 Journal Question -In which components are you the healthiest? In which components are you the least healthy? How would you rate yourself in terms of personal fitness? Why did you give yourself the overall rating that you did?
# 5 Journal Question-Goal Setting. Look at your controllable risk factors. Are you at risk now or in the future for some of these risk factors based on current habits? Discuss and write about this. LIst 1-5 things that you think you need to change in order for these risk factors to decrease.

h. How do you think your portion sizes are with each of your meals?
Nutrition List 5 Foods that you eat on a regualar basis. Find these nutritional labels on the Internet or at home and bring them in to analyze. No drinks.
